This Cookie Policy explains how Syntaxa LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the runQC platform at app.runqc.ai and the runQC website at runqc.ai (collectively, the "Sites").
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage (collectively referred to as "cookies" in this policy).
runQC's own application code does not set any cookies. The items listed below are browser local storage and session storage entries set by the runQC web application. Cookies that appear on the runqc.ai domain are set by Cloudflare, our network provider, and are described in Section 3.
These items are essential for the Sites to function. They cannot be disabled without losing access to the Service.
| Cookie/Storage | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
agentqc-auth-tokens | Holding the access and refresh tokens that maintain your login session | Persistent; cleared on logout, and cleared on the next visit if you did not select "Remember me" | Local storage |
agentqc-remember | Recording whether you selected "Remember me" at sign-in | Persistent | Local storage |
agentqc-session-active | Detecting whether the browser has been restarted, so that tokens can be cleared when "Remember me" was not selected | Session | Session storage |
agentqc-federated-auth | Recording that you signed in through a federated identity provider (for example Google), so that sign-out uses the correct flow | Persistent | Local storage |
CognitoIdentityServiceProvider.* | Login session material (ID, access and refresh tokens, cached user attributes, clock drift) written by the AWS Cognito client library used for authentication | Persistent | Local storage |
agentqc-active-tenant | Remembering which organization you are currently working in, and scoping your API requests to it | Persistent | Local storage |
These items enable enhanced functionality:
| Cookie/Storage | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
runqc.hiddenFindings.v1 | Remembering which findings you have hidden from your dashboard | Persistent | Local storage |
feedback:flag:<question id> | Remembering the feedback you gave on an individual test question | Persistent | Local storage |
trends-hover-hint | Recording that you have dismissed the one-time hint on the trends chart | Persistent | Local storage |
debug:live | Developer flag that enables verbose console logging for live runs. Set only if you set it yourself | Persistent | Local storage |
seen-<session id> | Recording that the run verdict animation has already played for a given run | Session | Session storage |
We do not currently use analytics on the Sites. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers.
The runQC website at runqc.ai is served through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may set cookies on that domain, including __cf_bm, for bot management and network security. Our public web forms, including the contact form, use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, and Cloudflare may set cookies in connection with that challenge. These cookies are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting technologies. We do not sell data to advertisers or participate in ad networks.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service.
Local storage and session storage can be cleared through your browser's developer tools or settings. Clearing local storage will log you out of the Service.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
