This policy addresses claims of copyright infringement and other intellectual property concerns in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notification to our designated agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for Company to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in Delaware if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
3. Repeat Infringers
Company reserves the right to terminate Accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
