By accessing and using runQC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Service
runQC provides AI agent testing and quality assurance services through our cloud-based platform. Our services include behavioral testing, security validation, reliability assessment, and custom domain testing for AI agents.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your account with others
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Use our services to test malicious or harmful AI agents
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Payment Terms
- Fees are charged based on credit usage as outlined in your plan
- Payment is due monthly in advance for subscription plans
- Overage charges are billed monthly in arrears
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Intellectual Property
- runQC retains all rights to our platform and technology
- You retain ownership of your data and AI agents
- You grant us permission to access your agents for testing purposes
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
Data and Privacy
- We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to test the AI agents you submit
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- Test data is retained for 90 days unless otherwise specified
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, runQC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold runQC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
- Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
